Day 130: Discovery
So I have shared with you my love for Pinterest a time or two. I just love checking out what great things are on Pinterest. I love pinning things to my boards and referring back to them later. So far I have planned a few birthday parties, decorated a nursery for a child that doesn’t exist yet, made my whole Christmas wish list, found some funny quotes, and found recipes for every type of food and dessert imaginable.

One thing I love finding on Pinterest is work out tips and ideas. There is nothing better than switching up your cardio and weights routine. It makes going to the gym way more exciting and interesting.
I did make a workout discovery the other day….and it wasn’t from Pinterest. GASP! I actually got this in my email and thought I would share it with you. (Plus, I am going to pin it so others can have fun discovering this like me!)
Here are training schedules for getting ready for a big race. With the help of the following you can run a 5K in 6 weeks, a 10K in 8 weeks, or a Half Marathon in 12 weeks. (The last two are my goals once my freakin’ knee starts to act like a 28 year old and less like a 88 year old!)
